Large and easy to pack so that it's balanced.

Not as durable as a stahlsac.

Although durably built, still not tough enough to survive the baggage manglers.

Full Review
This was the second scuba gear bag I bought after my Wenoka SeaQuest half-hard shell had disintegrated, courtesy of the HNL baggage manglers, on it's third voyage.

It took four overseas trips before the MIA baggage manglers could rip the seams of the Aqua Trek. The Aqua trek has two PVC tubes in the front to help form the bag. These PVC tubes had punched through the top of the bag. I marveled at the forces involved while I hand sewed my vacation away.

On the plus side, the hard shell portion of the bag (the bottom half) has prevented any damage to my regulators, computers and other shock-and-gorrilla sensitive equipment.

Another minor beef I had with the aqua trek was that, although the bag was rather tall, the retractable handle only extended a few inches above the bag. The handle of the shorter Stahlsac I now have is actually higher than the Aqua Trek's.
